German Apple Bread

Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine eggs, oil and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients with egg mixture and blend thoroughly.
- Add chopped apples and nuts.
- Pour into greased loaf pans and bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or until top springs back when depressed. After removing from oven, turn hot bread out of pan onto foil sprinkled with granulated sugar.
- While hot, wrap closely in the foil.
- When cool, store in the refrigerator until needed.
