German Oven Pancake
A fluffy, golden oven pancake with a custardy interior and crispy edges, perfect for brunch or breakfast, served with fresh fruit or preserves for a delightful start to the day.

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend well until smooth.
- Place 1 1/2 cubes of margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Place the pan in the oven until the butter melts and bubbles.
- Ensure the pan and butter are very hot.
- Remove the pan from the oven and pour the blended mixture into it.
- Return the pan to the oven.
- Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.
- Pour on topping and serve with fresh fruit or preserves.
