Ingredients

  • vanilla wafer cookies or Ritz crackers
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • assorted fruit

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange juice in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the vanilla wafer cookies or Ritz crackers.
  3. Top each coated cookie with a slice of assorted fruit such as star fruit, grapes, kiwi, blueberry, or strawberry.
