Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 oz. Gouda cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • onion

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, eggs and salt.
  2. Add water and mix.
  3. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Fill noodle press 2/3 full and squeeze into salted boiling water and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Drain. Meanwhile, fry 12 ounces of bacon (cut into small pieces) and 1/2 onion.
  6. Drain fat; set aside.
  7. Add 4 ounces Gouda cheese to noodles, then bacon, stirring until melted.
  8. Serve immediately.
