- Mix together flour, eggs and salt.
- Add water and mix.
- Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
- Fill noodle press 2/3 full and squeeze into salted boiling water and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
- Drain. Meanwhile, fry 12 ounces of bacon (cut into small pieces) and 1/2 onion.
- Drain fat; set aside.
- Add 4 ounces Gouda cheese to noodles, then bacon, stirring until melted.
- Serve immediately.
