Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. fat-free margarine
  • 1 packet Equal
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Rinse, trim and peel carrots. Cut into 1/4-inch slices. Steam 15 to 20 minutes or until barely tender.
