Ingredients

  • 6 oz peach nectar
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 c mandarin juice
  • 1 oz vodka (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp ginger preserves
  • 1/16 fresh ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve in a tall glass over crushed ice.
  4. Add vodka right before serving if desired.
