Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh green beans
  • 2 medium onions
  • 3 Tbsp. Puritan oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook green beans in boiling water until tender.
  2. Drain and pat dry on paper toweling.
  3. In a skillet, sauté onions in hot oil until lightly browned.
  4. Add green beans, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
