Ginger Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic,minced
  • 3 sprogs fresh parsely,minced
  • 2-inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 center-cut pork chops
  • Maybe add soy

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine oregano, garlic,parsely and ginger. Mix with oil. Spread over chops and marinate for 24 hrs.
  2. 2. Broil chops about 15 mins, turning once.
