Ginger Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  3. Add salmon and dot with half the butter mixture.
  4. Cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side.
  5. Turn, dot with remaining butter and cook another 4-5 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with lime slices.
