Ingredients

  • 1 c. chilled whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dark rum
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat the chilled whipping cream, sour cream, and sugar in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the dark rum and ground ginger; beat until almost stiff peaks form.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 hours before serving.
  4. Serve as a topping or accompaniment for desserts.
