Ginney'S Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. kielbasa
  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 pkg. dark brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut up 1 package kielbasa thin; put in crock-pot.
  2. Slice 1 green pepper and 1/2 onion.
  3. Put in crock-pot on top of kielbasa, then add 1/2 box brown sugar.
  4. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and top with the rest of the brown sugar.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of water to pot and cook 2 1/2 hours.
  6. Drain most of the liquid at the end of cooking time.
  7. Serve with mustard.
