Ginney'S Kielbasa
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut up 1 package kielbasa thin; put in crock-pot.
- Slice 1 green pepper and 1/2 onion.
- Put in crock-pot on top of kielbasa, then add 1/2 box brown sugar.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients and top with the rest of the brown sugar.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water to pot and cook 2 1/2 hours.
- Drain most of the liquid at the end of cooking time.
- Serve with mustard.
