Ingredients

  • 1 whole or half ham
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/8 cup water

Instructions

  1. Bake the ham according to the label directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan.
  3. Heat the mixture slowly; add cornstarch and water until the glaze thickens.
  4. Thirty minutes before the ham is done, remove it from the oven.
  5. Score the surface of the ham; spoon the glaze over it.
  6. Continue basting with the glaze during the last 30 minutes of baking.
