Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 wieners, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 large can beans

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon until crispy and save the bacon grease.
  2. In the bacon grease, cook the chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and wiener chunks until the vegetables are tender and wieners are browned.
  3. Add the brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard to the cooked ingredients and simmer on the stove for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Crumble the cooked bacon on top before serving.
