- Mix meat,

- salt and pepper.
- Add bread crumbs to consistency for making meat balls.
- Make meat balls.
- Brown in frypan.
- Cool
- and
- freeze
- until ready to use.
- Combine chili sauce, jelly,
- lemon
- juice
- and water.
- Pour over meat balls. Bake at
- 325°
- until heated thoroughly.
- If you do not wish to brown meat
- balls,
- place in casserole; pour sauce over.
- Bake at 325°
- for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, uncovered.
- Makes approximately 40 meat balls.
