- In a bowl, combine water and egg white and beat until frothy but not stiff.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Pour pecans into the egg white mixture and stir with a large serving spoon until the nuts are evenly coated.
- Add the sugar mixture to the pecans and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture on a large cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, including after the last 15 minutes.
- Pour the glazed pecans onto waxed paper to cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
