Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising meal
  • 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. lard

Instructions
