Glorified Deviled Eggs

Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Blend in flour. Add tomatoes, onions and seasonings.
- Cook and stir until thick. Spoon a little bit of the tomato mixture in bottom of a baking dish.
- Put eggs on top of this. Cover with remaining tomato mixture.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top and bake at 425° until crumbs begin to brown.
