Ingredients

  • 1 lb dried apricots
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 large orange
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Soak dried apricots in water to barely cover overnight.
  2. In the morning, add crushed pineapple, ground orange, and lemon juice to the soaked apricots.
  3. Measure an equal volume of sugar to the combined fruit mixture.
  4. Boil the mixture slowly until it thickens.
  5. Pour the hot jam into sterile jars and seal.
