Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
  • 1 can pina colada
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Instructions

  1. Bake the yellow cake in a sheet pan according to the box directions.
  2. While the cake is hot, poke holes in it with a fork.
  3. Pour the pina colada and Eagle Brand milk over the hot cake, allowing it to soak in.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. Spread Cool Whip over the cooled cake.
  6. Sprinkle frozen coconut evenly over the top of the cake.
  7. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
