Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Put dry ingredients and Crisco in bowl and work until small particles form.
  2. Add eggs to milk and work in with fork (not too much).
  3. Roll out 1 inch thick.
  4. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or more.
