Goose Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 Goose breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter and cook onion until tender. Remove onion from pan, add goose to pan and cook until almost done.
  2. Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions - less 15 minutes (rice will still have alot of water).
  3. Add goose and onion to rice pan. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
