Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Sieve flour and salt; set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat margarine in water to gently melt the margarine, then bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat; add flour and vigorously mix with a wooden spoon until the thick paste leaves sides of pan clean.
  4. Beat eggs into paste with electric mixer.
