Ingredients

  • 1 Cup flour
  • 2/3 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Cup cocoa
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup skim or 2% milk
  • 1/2 Cup orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup oil

Instructions

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda.
  2. Combine milk, orange juice and oil.
  3. Stir into dry ingredients.
  4. Pour mixture into a 13 X 9 inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes.
  6. When cool cut in to squares.
