Instructions
- Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa and baking soda.
- Combine milk, orange juice and oil.
- Stir into dry ingredients.
- Pour mixture into a 13 X 9 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes.
- When cool cut in to squares.
