Ingredients

  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 package graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Spread graham crackers to fill the cookie sheet completely.
  2. In a saucepan, boil oleo (butter) and sugar for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chopped nuts.
  4. Pour the hot mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 11 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool and then break into pieces.
  7. Let the cookies stay in the oven until cooled.
