Graham Crackers Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Bring first four ingredients to a boil in a medium size saucepan.
  2. Cook one minute.
  3. Add next three ingredients.
  4. Mix. Remove from heat.
  5. Pam spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  6. Line with whole
  7. crackers.
  8. Pour all of cooked mixture over crackers and spread.
  9. Top with another layer of crackers.
