Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tapioca
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • sugar to taste
  • vanilla to taste

Instructions

  1. Cover tapioca with water and soak for 6 hours or more.
  2. Add milk and sugar to the soaked tapioca.
  3. Cook until the tapioca becomes transparent.
  4. Beat the eggs and add them to the pudding.
  5. Cook until the pudding is thick and a spoon is coated.
  6. Add vanilla to taste before serving.
