Ingredients

  • graham crackers
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 to 1 c. slivered almonds
  • aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Break crackers apart. Place crackers on foil, sides touching.
  3. Melt butter; add sugar and bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.
  4. Add almonds.
  5. Remove from heat at once.
  6. Drizzle the mixture over crackers.
  7. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool before removing from the pan.
