Grampy'S Fish Chowder

- Cut fish into bite-sized pieces.
- Simmer in just enough water to cover fish until fish turns white.
- Remove fish and set aside. Add water to the same pot and boil potatoes until just about done. Remove potatoes.
- At the same time, cook onions in saute pan with butter until soft and translucent.
- Now, in large pot, combine fish, potatoes, onions, cream and milk.
- Heat on low.
- Do not let boil! Cover pot and let sit for a half hour or so.
