Instructions

  1. 1. Grease & flour large Bundt pan or angel cake pan.
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. 3. Beat all ingredients except Glaze together for 4 minutes. Pour into pan.
  4. 4. Bake 45-50 minutes or until tested done.
  5. 5. Take out of oven, cool 10 minutes in pan before turning out.
  6. 6. Combine glaze mix.
  7. 7. Poke holes all over cake and on sides. Slowly spoon on and brush glaze all over.
  8. 8. When cooled & dry, cover with plastic & refrigerate.
