Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 1 qt. tomato juice

Instructions

  3. Saute chopped onion in Wesson oil until transparent.
  4. Mix the cooked spaghetti, onion, and tomato juice in an iron skillet.
  5. Simmer, covered, until the juice is absorbed, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
