Ingredients

  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Whip egg and milk together, and add to dry ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in skillet or pan, then add dough. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
