Grandma's Sweet Potato Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3 tbsp. flour (self rising)
  • 1/2 of a small can of lowfat milk
  • 2 lbs. sweet potatoes boiled with peel on (about 4 large)
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and mash up, add in sugar, beat egg separately and add in to mix, pour in half a can of lowfat milk, add in the flour and cinnamon.
  2. Then add in butter, mix together well.
  3. Set oven to 350 degrees and pour into baking dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
