Grape Gelatin Mold

A colorful, fruity gelatin mold featuring grape juice, cherries, nuts, and celery, perfect for festive occasions or as a refreshing appetizer for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can frozen grape juice concentrate
  • 3 cans water
  • 2 pkg. (2 Tbsp.) Knox gelatine
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. drained red sweet cherries

Instructions

  1. Mix the can of frozen grape juice concentrate with water to combine.
  2. Dissolve the Knox gelatine in 1 cup of the grape juice mixture until fully dissolved.
  3. Heat the remaining grape juice, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves, then add the lemon juice and chill until partially set.
  4. Add the chopped nuts, celery, and drained cherries to the partially set mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until firm before serving.
