- Mix the can of frozen grape juice concentrate with water to combine.
- Dissolve the Knox gelatine in 1 cup of the grape juice mixture until fully dissolved.
- Heat the remaining grape juice, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves, then add the lemon juice and chill until partially set.
- Add the chopped nuts, celery, and drained cherries to the partially set mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until firm before serving.
