Grape Sorbet

Instructions
- Bring 1 1/2 cups of cranberry juice to boil in a small saucepan.
- Stir into the gelatin in a large bowl and mix for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the remaining 1 1/2 cups of cranberry juice and the cold evaporated skim milk.
- Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Freeze for 1 1/2 hours or until frozen edges form.
- Spoon the mixture into a food processor container and cover.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour the processed mixture into a bowl and cover.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until firm.
- Spoon or scoop the sorbet into dessert dishes and serve. Store any leftovers in the freezer.
