Ingredients

  • 3 cups low calorie cranberry juice cocktail, divided
  • 1 package Jell-O brand grape flavored sugar-free, low calorie gelatin dessert (4 servings)
  • 1 cup cold evaporated skim milk

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 1/2 cups of cranberry juice to boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir into the gelatin in a large bowl and mix for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in the remaining 1 1/2 cups of cranberry juice and the cold evaporated skim milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Freeze for 1 1/2 hours or until frozen edges form.
  6. Spoon the mixture into a food processor container and cover.
  7. Process until smooth.
  8. Pour the processed mixture into a bowl and cover.
  9. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm.
  10. Spoon or scoop the sorbet into dessert dishes and serve. Store any leftovers in the freezer.
