Grape Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 12 wonton wrappers, whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 14 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup red grapes, sliced in half
  • 12 cup green grape, sliced in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Lightly spray a 12 cup muffin tray with cooking spray and press a wonton wrapper gently into each cup.
  3. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Remove wrappers and cool on wire rack.
  5. Brush the inside and bottom of each cup with Agave nectar.
  6. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and vanilla.
  7. Place a tablespoon of mixture in each wonton cup and top with several grapes.
  8. Sprinkle tops with maple flakes if desired and serve immediately.
