Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup oleo, melted
  • 2 cups grated raw sweet potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the sugar and beat until well combined.
  3. Pour in the milk and melted oleo, then add vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  4. Stir in the grated raw sweet potatoes and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
