Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 c. cornmeal
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Melt butter in iron skillet.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together.
  4. Add melted butter and stir.
  5. Pour into hot iron skillet.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until center is done.
