Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken pieces
  • 2 cans beef broth or chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken pieces with beef or chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup in a covered pot.
  2. Bake at 350°F or higher for about 30 minutes.
  3. Remove the cover and bake for another 30 minutes to brown the chicken.
  4. Check and baste or turn the chicken pieces to prevent overbrowning and ensure even cooking.
