Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices Muenster cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken breasts for approximately 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Five minutes before removing the chicken from the grill, place a slice of ham and a slice of Muenster cheese on top of each chicken breast.
