Great Red Potatoes
Creamy red potatoes layered with Italian dressing and melted margarine, baked to perfection. A flavorful side dish ideal for family dinners and casual gatherings.

- Boil the red potato chunks (don't peel) until tender, then drain.
- Place half of the boiled potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Dot the potatoes with margarine and sprinkle with half of the dry Italian dressing mix.
- Add the remaining potatoes on top and repeat with margarine and the remaining dressing mix.
- Marinate the assembled dish for 1 hour to overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
