Great Red Potatoes

Creamy red potatoes layered with Italian dressing and melted margarine, baked to perfection. A flavorful side dish ideal for family dinners and casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 red potatoes
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (dry)

Instructions

  1. Boil the red potato chunks (don't peel) until tender, then drain.
  2. Place half of the boiled potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  3. Dot the potatoes with margarine and sprinkle with half of the dry Italian dressing mix.
  4. Add the remaining potatoes on top and repeat with margarine and the remaining dressing mix.
  5. Marinate the assembled dish for 1 hour to overnight.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.
