Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherries, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 4 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped cherries with accumulated juices, ricotta cheese, feta cheese, coriander, sugar, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Chill before serving.
