Greek Ham Pie
A savory Greek-inspired ham and cheese pie with flaky phyllo layers, crispy bread crumbs, and rich flavors, perfect for entertaining or family dinners.

Instructions
- Cut the phyllo dough into the size of your baking dish.
- Melt the butter (oleo).
- Brush a layer of melted butter on the bottom of the dish.
- Place one sheet of phyllo in the dish and brush with butter.
- Repeat this process to make 6 layers of phyllo, brushing each sheet with butter.
- Layer slices of ham evenly over the layered phyllo.
- Add slices of Velveeta cheese on top of the ham.
- Layer 3 sheets of phyllo, brushing each sheet with butter, over the ham and cheese.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over the layered phyllo.
- Add 3 more layers of phyllo, brushing each with butter, and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Cut the assembled layers into 8 triangles.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
