Greens Loaf

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Fry celery leaves in butter over low heat until wilted.
- Sprinkle with flour and blend well.
- Add greens, cooking greens juice and beaten egg.
- Stir over low heat until warm.
- Pour into mixing bowl with rice, salt and celery seed; mix well.
- Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and place bacon strips on top.
- Bake 30 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
- Unmold and serve hot.
