Ingredients

  • 2 cans 21 oz. pineapple pie filling
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 pkg. 6 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 lb. butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, spread pineapple pie filling evenly on the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the pineapple layer.
  4. Add chopped macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips, pressing them slightly into the cake mix.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the entire mixture.
  6. Do not stir.
  7. Bake for one hour until golden and bubbly.
