Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • fish

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, lemon juice and soy sauce together.
  2. Salt large fish; cut down back on both sides.
  3. Put on grill.
  4. Baste fish as you grill inside and out until done.
  5. Large fish takes about 1 hour to cook.
