Grilled Citrus Halibut

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mrs dash caribbean citrus seasoning blend
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp honey dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a resealable plastic bag
  2. Add halibut and seal bag
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes
  4. Remove halibut and discard marinade
  5. Grill at medium-high, 4-5 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily
