Ingredients

  • 12 small fresh hard shell clams or oysters (in the shell)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Scrub clams in cold water. Drain in cold water.
  2. Mix butter, lemon juice and garlic powder.
