Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 8 to 12 red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Slice the garlic cloves.
  2. Mix the sliced garlic with olive oil and set aside for at least 4 hours.
  3. Wash the red potatoes.
  4. Cut the potatoes into quarters.
  5. Place the cut potatoes into a microwave-safe covered dish.
  6. Add water to the dish.
  7. Cook the potatoes in the microwave on High for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
  8. Drain the water from the potatoes.
  9. Place the potatoes on the grill and brush them with the garlic and olive oil mixture.
  10. Turn the potatoes occasionally until they are slightly crisp.
  11. Serve immediately.
