Grits Spoon Bread

- Melt margarine in 1-quart casserole.
- Add grits to boiling water in saucepan.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.
- Add melted margarine, dry milk powder, eggs, sugar and salt.
- Beat for 1 minute.
- Pour into casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
- Yields 6 servings.
