Groovy Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 c. onion flakes
  • 1 or 2 large tomatoes, sliced or whole canned tomatoes
  • 2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese or use Swiss or sharp Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Drain green beans.
  2. Add salt, garlic salt and oregano.
  3. Place in shallow baking dish and top with onion flakes and tomatoes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese or use Swiss or sharp Cheddar.
  4. Place another can of green beans on top, mixed as at start.
  5. Sprinkle with 2 more ounces cheese.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
